My Story
Finding a Happy Pathway Through My Spring Years
I am Louise, and my motivation is to find a happy pathway through my Spring years, with like-minded people!
I always worked hard to achieve my fitness and sporting goals. I was a youth England hurdler, an age-grouper racing triathlon. I love tennis and outdoor climbing in France, plus swimming in wide open lakes.
As I have grown older (I am 47), I found less time, less focus and frankly less enjoyment in 'keeping fit'. After injury, I knew I needed to make a change.
I trained as a Level 3 Personal Fitness coach in 2018 and have been loving teaching ever since! I have focused my studies on sports wellbeing, and as I have shifted my training approach toward strength through movement training, I find I am more energetic, happier, and finding my motivation again.
